Drew Lawson, Psychosexual Somatics
Drew is a Psychosexual Somatics Practitioner working from a clinic in Islington, North London. He works with men, women and couples around issues of sexual function and dysfunction including intimacy, desire, pleasure, shame, arousal and integration.
Using a blend of psychotherapy, coaching, physical exercises, western sexology, Taoism and tantric practice, Drew supports clients to heal and integrate whatever they are choosing to name as sexual dysfunctions or intimacy challenges. This includes but is not limited to erectile dysfunctions, premature ejaculation, lack or loss of desire and arousal, excessive use of pornography, lack of control around sexual choices and behaviours, sexual shame, lack of intimacy in long term relationships.
Drew has been a massage therapist for 18 years and has worked within the personal development sector for 13 years including working with Jungian, psychodrama and gestalt principles. He is trained in several styles of intimate and non-intimate bodywork, and creates tailor made session plans for each client according to their needs, boundaries and goals. Drew has also worked voluntarily with two organisations specifically supporting men in their growth from adolescence to adulthood and into eldership, and has a great depth and breadth of experience supporting men into self fulfilment, and in supporting couples (of any gender blend) in creating and maintaining desire, polarity and intimacy.
Drew is licensed, insured and registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
